Sue and her husband are living their dream. So much so, that when asked, "where do you go on vacation," the response is, "we live in vacation land." In 1996 Sue and her husband purchased land in Colorado with enough space for both sets of parents. Fondly known as the family compound, everyone looks out for everyone and life couldn't be better. Sue lives her personal mission statement of "give more than you get every day" by giving to her family, volunteering and serving her community. Sue worked as a board member for the Black Canyon Boys and Girls Club from 2002-2006 and continues her support by serving on the board for the Montrose Wine Festival, proceeds from which go to the club and the CASA program. Sue is currently a board member for the Montrose Merchant Association, but in the past has also served on the Colorado Women's Economic Council, Voices for Children, Montrose Chamber and the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame.

Other than her work, which she loves, Sue spends her time with her husband - skiing, hiking, biking, camping and hunting in the mountains of Colorado. She has 2 step-kids and 4 grand kids, all of whom make her life the best ever!

Sue consults with all sectors of the business community in a variety of settings and her experience allows her to bring a global perspective to any organization or industry. She recognizes that communication, behavioral strengths, limitations and conflict are universal obstacles that affect even the best of teams. Sue has the unique ability to identify the roadblocks and work with the team or individual to develop successful strategies and tactics for a solution. Sue's style is unique - her humor, her direct style and her willingness to laugh at herself allow her to break through barriers to connect with her audience.
